Training Details

DESCRIPTION: The Grow Your Center Series is a 3-part virtual training designed to help directors strategically increase enrollment and strengthen community presence. Each session highlights a different growth pathway—community partnerships, social media visibility, and enrollment conversion skills. Participants will walk away with actionable strategies they can implement the same day to attract more families, build stronger relationships, and grow their program with confidence and clarity.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to: 

• Identify and leverage community partnerships to expand their program’s reach and generate new enrollment opportunities. 
• Apply social media strategies that convert followers and engagement into calls, inquiries, and tours. 
• Implement effective tour and telephone techniques that showcase program quality and increase enrollment conversion rates. 

Virtual Learning Requirements 

 To attend your virtual class, you must log in from a computer with a working camera and audio, using a reliable internet connection (phones are not allowed). You must remain on camera for the entire session, fully engaged and free from distractions—this includes no caregiving duties, work tasks, or participating from a vehicle. Active participation in discussions, polls, and questions is required. Attendance will be checked randomly. Late arrivals, early departures, or failure to meet these requirements will result in removal from the class with no refund.
