Description:
This dynamic professional development session is designed for educators working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-agers. Through the C.A.N. framework—Care, Adapt, and Nurture—participants will gain actionable strategies to:

TOPICS:

• Care: Master the art of child supervision by showing attentiveness, ensuring safety, and fostering a nurturing environment where children of all ages feel seen and valued.
• Adapt: Enhance positive behavior guidance techniques, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-agers while promoting self-regulation and cooperation.
• Nurture: Design engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences by nurturing children's curiosity through developmentally appropriate activities that inspire exploration and growth.

REGISTRATION Cost: $25.00 per person or $100.00 group rate for 5 people

• Training Length: 3 hours 
• Qualifies for 3 Clock hours | .3 CEUs
• Training includes Spotting Supervision Risk, Responding to Challenging Behaviors, and Age-Appropriate Learning Experiences
• Supporting downloadable material included
• Certificate available for attendees after training

Virtual Learning Requirements 

 To attend your virtual class, you must log in from a computer with a working camera and audio, using a reliable internet connection (phones are not allowed). You must remain on camera for the entire session, fully engaged and free from distractions—this includes no caregiving duties, work tasks, or participating from a vehicle. Active participation in discussions, polls, and questions is required. Attendance will be checked randomly. Late arrivals, early departures, or failure to meet these requirements will result in removal from the class with no refund.
