Description: Managing behavior in school-age programs requires more than basic classroom strategies—it requires leadership, structure, and an understanding of how older children think, feel, and interact.
This training equips educators with practical, real-world strategies to confidently manage big personalities and strong emotions in children ages 5–12. Participants will explore the root causes behind defiance, disrespect, peer conflict, and group dynamics, while learning how to shift from control-based discipline to leadership-driven guidance.
Through engaging scenarios and actionable tools, educators will learn how to build accountability, strengthen character, prevent bullying behaviors, and create structured environments where school-age children can thrive socially and emotionally.
