Description: Water-related incidents can happen quickly and silently—making water safety one of the most critical responsibilities in early childhood settings. This course equips educators and caregivers with the knowledge and practical strategies needed to prevent drowning, reduce risks, and ensure active supervision around all water sources. Participants will explore licensing expectations, identify hidden water hazards, and learn how to implement safe practices during water play, daily routines, and emergency situations. Through real-life scenarios and interactive discussions, educators will leave prepared to create safer environments and respond confidently to water-related risks.
