Description: Transportation is an extension of the classroom—children’s safety does not stop at the center doors. This training equips early childhood educators with the knowledge, systems, and practical strategies necessary to safely transport young children in compliance with regulatory requirements and national best practices. Participants will examine legal standards, child passenger safety guidelines, vehicle documentation, supervision procedures, emergency response protocols, and field trip planning. Through real-world scenarios and guided application, educators will strengthen their ability to prevent incidents, protect children, and sustain a culture of safety during every transportation experience.
