This training is designed to help childcare directors and administrators create effective staff training programs that strengthen employee performance, improve classroom quality, and support long-term program success. Participants will learn how to identify staff development needs, organize impactful trainings, lead engaging team meetings, and build systems that encourage accountability, consistency, and continuous growth within their programs.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

1. Assess staff strengths, challenges, and professional development needs to create targeted training opportunities that support employee growth and program quality. 
2. Develop structured staff training programs, coaching strategies, and team meetings that improve performance, accountability, and workplace effectiveness. 
3. Implement professional development systems that promote continuous learning, strengthen staff confidence, and support a culture of growth within early childhood programs.
   

Virtual Learning Requirements 

 To attend your virtual class, you must log in from a computer with a working camera and audio, using a reliable internet connection (phones are not allowed). You must remain on camera for the entire session, fully engaged and free from distractions—this includes no caregiving duties, work tasks, or participating from a vehicle. Active participation in discussions, polls, and questions is required. Attendance will be checked randomly. Late arrivals, early departures, or failure to meet these requirements will result in removal from the class with no refund.
