About This Course

Participants will learn how to establish clear job expectations, monitor employee performance through observations and evaluations, provide constructive feedback and coaching, address performance concerns professionally, and support employee growth through professional development opportunities. The course also explores effective ways to recognize and motivate employees while building a culture of accountability, consistency, and excellence. By the end of this training, participants will be better prepared to lead high-performing teams that contribute to positive outcomes for children, families, and programs.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
