Is your Texas Director Credential about to expire? Follow these three easy steps to renew today!
Step 1: Apply for your Renewal (You are in the right place click the blue button ADD below)
Step 2: Upload supportive documents to your online account
- Complete the Application (digital and available on your account once you complete your purchas).
- Copy of expired or soon to be expired credential.
- Copy of valid CPR & First Aid Certificate
- Proof you’re currently working (resume or work verification letter)
- Proof of training (training log or certificates)
For proof of training example:If you are renewing a three credential, you will need to show proof of 90 clock hours.
If you are renewing a two year credential, you will need to show proof of 60 clock hours
If you are renewing a one year credential, you will need to show proof of 30 clock hours.
Step 3: Allow three business days for processing and you will be able to download and print a copy of your renewal.

- Elite can renew ANY credential from any company.
- Once you print your renewal please submit to Child Care Regulation to receive updated license
